Shipping

How long does delivery take? All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within Australia is 7–12 business days. International orders typically take 10–30 business days depending on destination. Please note delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or customs delays.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. International shipping rates may apply for orders outside Australia.

Can I track my order? Yes, most orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, please contact us at support@beachhavensupply.com. We'll provide the return instructions and shipping address once your request has been approved.

How do I start a return? Email us at support@beachhavensupply.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, so please contact us at support@beachhavensupply.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective? Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@beachhavensupply.com if your item is damaged, defective or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment system. We never store your payment details.
